Samsung Electronics Italy S.p.A. needed an
application web based on the management of the numerous centers of technical assistance
(CAT) existing in Italy. To satisfy this demands we have realized, using the Aracnet
System Technology, a personalization of the application denominated Top Service Y2K
WIRELESS SERVICE. The procedures of Y2K Wireless Service move to batch schedule the data
on the Web Server. The application is also provided with an interface operating in Batch
Scheduling with two other systems: AS400 for the management of the reparations and SAP for
the management of the bill.
The system gives, among the others, the
following statistics:
Reparation time of devices.
How the products on the market operates.
Customers waiting time for the reparation.
Kind of malfunctions.
The use of the system
and the consequent reorganization of the informative flow between the technical assistance
centres and the operating centre have brought to a notable reduction of the
consumers waiting time of the sheltered terminal. The consumer can also constantly consult the reparation
state of his terminal via Internet, and receive therefore a complete and fast assistance everytime and
everywhere. |

Brondi Service OnLine
The constant innovation of its products and its
commercial structure follow the modern technology, and it has always, as objective, the
satisfaction of the demands of the consumer. These characteristics allowed Brondi to
become one of the leaders of the fixed phones sector in Italy and abroad. To offer an
elevated service of technical support, and to pursue the customer satisfaction, Brondi
needed an application that allowed it to verify constantly the flows of the Technical
Assistance Centers. The Top Service Application, using the Aracnet System Technology, has
allowed Brondi to be able
to manage the reparations of his products, both in guarantee and out of guarantee, and the
relative flows among the centre and the Technical Assistance Centres. The application
allows the central centre to be able to authorize the reparations and to manage the orders
of the exchanges directly from the store of the centre. Besides, thanks to its being Web
Based and to its interface HTML, it allows the management of the great organized
distributions centres (GDO) for the management of the rhesuses. The solution, being not completely
intrusive, can easily be interfaced with different applications. In this way you can
manage the orders and the existing rhesuses, using the AS400 environment within the
business information system.
